Warranty

AGI is proud of its quality products that are endorsed with the following Warranty:

AGI, Inc. warrants its PCIB line of boards to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment from AGI, Inc. The warranty for all other AGI manufactured boards is one (1) year from the date of shipment from AGI, Inc. This warranty supersedes all other warranties, written or implied.

Products sold by AGI that are not manufactured by AGI, i.e., enclosures, power supplies, cables, etc., have a warranty of 90 days after shipment from AGI, Inc. In the event remedial action is necessary AGI will repair or replace it, at AGI's sole option, in a reasonable period of time and at no cost to the user. Warranty repair turn-around times may vary as a function of the malfunction.

Proper handling practices and procedures must be observed to avoid possible product damage from static electricity or other sources. Misuse to AGI products voids this Warranty, such as excessive voltages or loads applied to AGI products, physical mishandling or inadequate shipping packaging. Repair or replacement of the unit is the full and complete extent of AGI's responsibility and liability.

Technical Support

Standard engineering Technical Support, scheduled into the respective AGI engineer's normal work schedule, is available at the rate of $60.00/hour.

Emergency engineering Technical Support, with AGI's immediate attention to the situation, is available at the rate of $100.00/hour.

Repairs

AGI product non-warranty and after-warranty repairs are available at the rate of $50.00/hour.

Return Policy

Contact AGI at (716) 427-7830 for assistance to resolve a problem with an AGI product, or if there is cause to believe that a defect exists.

Should it become necessary to return the product to AGI, please ship it with a written explanation including serial number to:

Before returning any product to AGI, contact AGI and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This number should appear on the outside of the shipping container and all associated documents. It is the responsibility of the shipper to provide adequate shipping containers and packing to ensure protection of the contents from damage during shipment. AGI will examine returned products and determine, at AGI's sole discretion, if warranty coverage applies. When the malfunction is covered by the Warranty, AGI will repair or replace the unit and ship to the user as soon as possible. The cost of shipment to AGI is the responsibility of the user. The return shipping cost to the user will be the responsibility of AGI. When the malfunction cause is not covered by warranty, AGI will notify the user and provide an estimate of time and cost of repair or replacement. All non-warranty work requires the user's approval of the service, delivery and costs before being performed.
